Field Organizer


 

The 2024 New Hampshire Democratic Party Coordinated Campaign is seeking

Field Organizers to help ensure Democratic victories across the state in 2024. New Hampshire is a critical state in 2024 at all levels of the ballot - join us to reelect President Biden, elect Democrats up and down the ballot, and regain the governorship and state legislative majorities in this  year’s elections.


 

Your role will include:


 

  • Organize and execute events and volunteer opportunities across your designated region
  • Recruit and train volunteers to participate in direct voter contact, including but not limited to door-to-door canvassing, high-traffic canvassing, phone banking, and relational organizing 
  • Build relationships with local activists, stakeholders, and organizations in your region
  • Develop volunteer leadership teams to prepare for a robust Get Out the Vote
  • Other responsibilities as assigned


 

We encourage you to apply if you’ve got a combination of the following:

  • Previous campaign experience is not required
  • Passion to elect Democrats up and down the ballot in New Hampshire in 2024
  • Flexibility, scrappiness, and an ability to problem-solve effectively and creatively 
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range
  • of people and build community
  • Excellence in time management and organization
  • Willingness to work long hours, often including nights and weekends
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable access to a vehicle
  • Ability to work in person in your assigned turf through Election Day 2024


 

This role will be based in New Hampshire and will require in-person work.


 

The salary for this position is $5,000/month
