Job Summary
We are seeking a Corporate Legal Assistant as a partner to provide essential support to our legal and purchasing team in various administrative and research tasks. The Corporate Legal Assistant will focus on contract administration, legal support, and purchasing management. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and organized professional to contribute to the success of our organization.
Essential Functions

- Partner with Legal Counsel and Corporate Legal Office to prepare, review, and finalize legal documents, including but not limited to NDA, PVA, MSA, SOW, MTA, supply, distribution, employment, licensing, and intellectual properties.
- Manage legal approval and document execution workflows.
- Maintain corporate records, handle federal and state registration and annual reports, and manage business insurance policies.
- Manage file organization and document retrieval.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- Manage purchase requisitions of materials, supplies, services, and equipment.
- Perform supplier research and selection for products and services to ensure profitability, reduce costs, and boost efficiency.
- Issue purchase orders, monitor order fulfillment and delivery, verify receipts, reconcile invoices, and authorize payment for purchases.
- Monitor supplier performance and negotiate policies and contracts.
- Maintain and monitor the Supplier Management module and workflow in the ERP system.
- Other projects or responsibilities as may be required.
Minimum Qualifications – Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 2-3 years of legal administrative support, preferably in corporate law.
Preferred Qualifications – Education and Experience
- Paralegal Certificate preferred.
Knowledge, skills, and abilities
- Expertise in Microsoft Office and DocuSign.
- Proven ability to organize and prioritize tasks, work under pressure, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with little supervision, exercising judgment and initiative.
Salary Range
- $55,000 to $70,000 DOE plus bonus.
Location: Newark, DE or Logan, UT
