Physical Therapist

Job Title: Physical Therapist - (Will Accept New Grads!) 

Location: Fallbrook, CA

Rate: $2,560 weekly

Shift: 5x8s - Days - M-F

Required: PT license, CPR and BLS

 

Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team in Fallbrook, CA. As a physical therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our patients and helping them improve their physical mobility, function, and overall well-being. Responsibilities:
 

  • Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' conditions and create personalized treatment plans
  • Implement various physical therapy techniques, exercises, and activities to improve patients' strength, flexibility, and mobility
  • Utilize specialized equipment and assistive devices as needed
  • Monitor patients' progress and modify treatment plans accordingly to achieve optimal outcomes
  • Educate patients and their families on exercises, techniques, and strategies for continued improvement outside of therapy sessions
  • Document accurately and maintain detailed records of patients' progress and treatment plans
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists, to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated approach to patient care
  • Stay updated on the latest advancements and innovations in physical therapy techniques and treatments
  • Follow all legal and ethical guidelines related to patient care and privacy

 

Requirements:

  • Valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist in California
  • Proven work experience as a Physical Therapist, preferably in a clinical or hospital setting
  • In-depth knowledge of musculoskeletal and neurological conditions and their corresponding treatments
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess patients' needs and develop effective treatment plans
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport and maintain relationships with patients, their families, and healthcare professionals
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with a commitment to maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records
