RMA is seeking an OR Surgical Tech for the Basking Ridge, NJ location. Work schedule is Monday-Friday and the hours vary between 6am- 4pm including a requirement for 2 weekend days each month and 2 holidays each year.  

Requirements:

  • Graduate of accredited surgical technology program.
  • Current BLS Certification required
  • Certification (CST) by the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA) required
  • Excellent computer skills required.
  • Ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team required.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated expertise in continuous quality improvement, customer service, and team building
