Client Service Administrator

Position Description: Client Service Administrator– JKJ Financial Services
JKJ Financial Services is seeking a Client Service Administrator to assist the Client Service
Manager in day‐to‐day management and analysis of all life insurance policies. Areas of focus will include mostly routine and some reactive client service responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
 Prepare policy reviews for existing clients
 Maintain and work from existing databases
 Maintain industry files and insurance carrier materials
 Maintain workflow management report for tasks in progress
 Coordinate with Client Service Manager on existing workflow
 Interact occasionally with existing and prospective clients
 Print, assemble, and mail review packages as directed
 

Qualifications:
 Bachelor’s degree
 Strong quantitative background and a general comfort with mathematical analysis and terms
 If not already held, life and health insurance license, Series 7 and 66 securities licenses should
be obtained within 6 months of hiring
 Proficiency using computer software including Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel,
Outlook)
 Ability to work effectively, both independently and as a member of a team
 Ability to maintain confidentiality and use discretion with highly sensitive information
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills
 Excellent presentation, interpersonal and organizational skills
 Ability to establish and maintain working relationships with clients and carriers
