Location: League City, TX (working in-office)
$20/hr

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be vital in backing our clients' marketing efforts, handling tasks like customer service calls, data entry, scheduling, and client communication. You'll collaborate closely with our team to ensure seamless campaign execution and client relationship maintenance.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound customer service calls for quality checks, appointment setting, and dealership communications.
  • Maintain accurate client data in Excel spreadsheets efficiently.
  • Deliver exceptional phone etiquette and service to both inbound and outbound customers.
  • Assist in appointment scheduling and managing client correspondence.
  • Utilize CRM software and Excel for effective customer interaction tracking and relationship management.
  • Collaborate with team members to support marketing initiatives and meet client objectives.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in MS Office suite, especially Excel, with fast data entry skills.
  • Dependable with a pleasant phone manner and a drive for career advancement.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
  • Experience in customer service and managing inbound/outbound customer correspondence.
  • Able to work Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with willingness to work through lunch or from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM with a lunch break.
  • Previous CRM software experience is a plus.
