Business Development Associate

Position Overview:

We're looking for a proactive, outcome-oriented Business Development Associate to join our team. This role is pivotal in spearheading growth and broadening our client network within the small molecule pharmaceutical sector, primarily focusing on North America.

Key Responsibilities:

•Oversee the inventory of the product catalog

•Conduct client visits and deliver persuasive presentations to potential clients

•Attend scientific conferences, symposiums, workshops, and similar events, managing our booth or exhibition space.

Qualification:

•Bachelor’s Degree in chemistry, biology, or related discipline

•Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities

•Strong interpersonal skills with a willingness to engage with others

•Outstanding observation capabilities

•Fluency in both Chinese and English is preferred
