Job Description
We’re looking for an ambitious and high-energy Sales Associate to join our company’s Sales team. You will work directly with our head of Sales, and get a lot of facetime with our CEO at our Sunnyvale office. Daily responsibilities will include reaching out to prospective clients, as well as handling inbound form fills, outbound sales emails, phone calls, and presentations. You will also be responsible for the successful handoff of the lead to the onboarding team, and maintaining a relationship with them in an Account Manager capacity after the contract is signed.
You should be able to:
Have a detailed understanding of our product offerings
Send emails to prospects and follow up on leads
Design and execute on outbound email and cold calling campaigns.
Proactively generate new leads and nurture them to contract
Develop target lists based on defined market segments.
Schedule client meetings, and keep the CRM updated
Demo the platform via video conferencing and in-person meetings
Have a well-formed understanding of the Customer Success domain
Understand our position in the market, and communicate it convincingly to potential customers
Maintain a relationship with the customer after converting them to a paid customer
Qualifications
Recent college graduate majoring in either Business, Marketing, Communications or a directly related field of study
Experience with LinkedIn, CRM, & Sales Systems preferred
Prior experience in a Marketing, Sales, or Customer Success environment preferred
Ability to communicate effectively and tactfully with managers
Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
Well organized and detail oriented
Enthusiastic, with a desire to learn the sales process
Self-starter that is punctual, with a strong work ethic
Must own a Mac or Windows based PC laptop
This position will require you to be in Sunnyvale, CA full-time.
