JOB DESCRIPTION:
This full-time intern position geared towards juniors and seniors offers a unique opportunity to build upon your skills and experience with hands-on strategic research, analysis, and intelligence gathering in a collaborative and dynamic work environment. The primary role of the intern is to support Partners on a variety of project tasks to ultimately serve HawkPartners’ clients.
The Summer 2025 internship begins in June and ends in August. Applications for this internship are due by August 8th, and interviews will begin in Late August.

To be considered for this internship position, candidates must:
- Be able to work full-time (40 hours per week) during typical business hours
- Not be enrolled in classes or other commitments during the internship that impact ability to work during typical business hours
- Be located in the US for the duration of the internship
HawkPartners has a strong preference for candidates that can be located near an office (in the Boston, NYC, Philadelphia, or DC areas) and can come into the office at least one day per week.
Day-to-day intern responsibilities include:
- Gathering, analyzing, and synthesizing information and research relating to clients, markets, products, and services
- Conducting secondary research and competitive intelligence
- Engaging in both qualitative and quantitative primary research
- Assisting with the development of client reports and presentations, including turning insights into actionable recommendations that inform business decisions
- Providing support on internal initiatives

While HawkPartners will consider candidates with skillsets and experiences that do not touch on all of the following criteria, the ideal candidate will have:
- An exceptional record of academic achievement, working towards an undergraduate degree from a highly competitive top-tier college or university, preferably in the field of business, social sciences, economics, mathematics, or sciences
- Strong desktop publishing skills, including traditional business software programs such as Excel and PowerPoint
- Attention to detail; strong organizational capabilities; and outstanding communication, speaking, and writing skills
