Duties:

· Prepare a detailed training curriculum (slides, experiments, etc) for new BIOMOD participants

· Assist multiple projects with assembly-line style protein expression and purification

· Protein library expression via E. coli cell culture, sonication, centrifugation

· Protein purification via chromatography, dialysis, centrifugation

· Protein crystallization trials

· Lab organization, electronic inventory, and cleanup

· Writing standard operating protocols (SOPs)

Hours: up to 25 hours per week
Pay: $14.50 per hour
