Student researcher for laboratory support and crystal engineering 
From 5/27/24 (pending background check) - 8/9/24

Duties:

· Prepare a detailed training curriculum (slides, experiments, etc) for upcoming MURALS First Year Scholars.

· Assist multiple projects with assembly-line style protein expression and purification

· Protein expression via E. coli cell culture, sonication, centrifugation

· Protein purification via chromatography, dialysis, centrifugation

· Crystallization and co-crystallization experiments

· Support enzyme assay development

· Support OpenTrons liquid handling methods development

Hours: up to 25 hours per week
Pay: $14.50 per hour
