Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Instructional Design Intern to develop three essential manuals for our product line: a Quick Start Guide, an Electricians Install Manual, and a User Manual. This internship offers a unique opportunity to apply instructional design principles and technical writing skills to create user-friendly documentation that meets the needs of both consumers and professionals.

Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Instructional Design, Technical Writing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical information into clear and accessible content.
- Familiarity with instructional design principles, user experience (UX) design, and technical documentation best practices.
- Proficiency in document creation and editing tools, such as Microsoft Word or Adobe InDesign.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Self-motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
