Location: Hybrid (50% Remote, 50% In-Person in Wyoming)

Brassclub LLC is an online marketplace based in Wyoming, dedicated to enriching the brass music community. We manage specialized music clubs and vibrant social media channels, fostering a culture of brass music through innovative and engaging online experiences.

Internship Overview

We are seeking a proactive and versatile intern to join our Operations & Administrative Team. This role is ideal for candidates interested in gaining extensive experience in administrative support, digital communication, and project management within an e-commerce environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily email communications and coordinate responses.
  • Assist in organizing schedules, maintaining appointments, and managing calendars.
  • Support project management tasks including documentation, follow-ups, and coordination.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to project planning and execution.
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as file organization and data entry.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a program in business administration, communications, or a related field.
  • High proficiency in digital communication and office software.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a hybrid (remote and in-person) team.
  • Reliable internet connection and access to a computer for remote work days.
  • Located in or willing to commute to Wyoming for in-person workdays.
