Responsibilities/ Duties:

• Operate extruder
• Operate safely
• Sets up machine and all auxiliary equipment to prepare for upcoming runs
• Operates tow motors to load feeders and move material
• Operator understands nomenclature and is able to identify assorted materials
• Assist production team members by accurately scanning, entering, maintaining, and editing SAP data and records
• Strong understanding of basic math, weights, and measurements

​Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED required
• Ability to follow verbal and written work instructions
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to drive a tow motor or willingness to learn to drive a tow motor
• Must be a team player with ability to communicate with others
• Self motivated to learn

Physical Demands:

• Lifting up to 50ibs
• Standing on concrete floors a minimum of 8 hours per shift
• Walking, bending, pulling, pushing
• Climbing stairs
• Standing on mezzanine 25 feet high
