Program Analyst CLO Structurer

This program commences annually in July. Program Analysts will participate in a two-year program which encompasses training and ongoing professional development. Managers guide and monitor career development by facilitating the feedback, review, and advancement processes.

 

Participants in the program will perform a wide variety of roles and have the opportunity to work with colleagues at different levels and from different areas within the firm. As experience grows, so does the level of responsibility. The program is designed to provide the professional skills, industry knowledge and development opportunities that will enable the individual to achieve success within the firm.

 

Natixis is looking for an  Program Analyst CLO Structurer to join our U.S. CLO Banking Team in New York. CLO Banking, part of the Structured Products Group (SPG), falls within the Fixed Income/Global Markets division of Investment Banking.

 

  • Modeling activities on BSL CLOs, Middle market CLOs, and warehouse structuring
  • Writing internal credit committee and other approval memos
  • Working with rating agencies to rate CLO notes and middle market warehouses
  • Working with law firms on deal documentation
  • Creating client pitches
  • Preparing periodic and ad-hoc presentations for senior management
  • Coordinating with KYC and operational closing details, etc.
  • Performing due diligence on counterparties
  • Performing analysis on market and industry trends and historic experience

 

Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor's degree, class of 2024
  • Preferred focus in finance, accounting, mathematics or computer science or equivalent work experience in a finance related role
  • Interest in banking and finance, especially securitization.
  • Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel; VBA and SQL desirable.
  • Requires solid written, interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be organized, disciplined and detail-oriented; with the ability to multi-task and set priorities, work under pressure to meet deadlines, and respond quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player who is self-motivated with the ability to work independently while understanding when to involve other team members.
  • High degree of integrity and strong work ethic.
  • Basic understanding of credit analysis and cashflow modeling

 

The salary for this position will be between $100,000. Natixis is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. Actual base salary will vary and will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, education, skills set, applicable licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Base salary is only one component of our total rewards package. Natixis also offers a generous benefits package, and you may be eligible for a discretionary incentive award depending on company and individual performance.
