Graduate/ Development Assistant for Athletic Advancement

Development

• Assist with increasing the Louisiana Tech Athletic Club (LTAC) donations on an annual basis
• Create sales techniques to help with the growth of LTAC
• Perform outbound phone calls for calendar year-end and fiscal year-end solicitations as assigned by the Director of LTAC

Social Media & Communications

• Manage LTAC’s Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram social media accounts. 
• Develop and implement LTAC’s monthly e-newsletter distributed to donors.
• Support development team in communications including marketing, mailings and promotion of the Louisiana Tech Athletic Club’s (LTAC) brand

Stewardship/Events

• In communication with the Associate Athletic Director of Championship Resources, oversee all stewardship and events for Aillet Society Members.
• Oversee the stewardship of the LTAC donor base with thank you letters and dispersal of benefits as assigned by the Director of LTAC 
• Plan events focused on Louisiana Tech Athletics outings:
  • Football south end zone hospitality area 
  • Football signing day event in February
  • Men’s Basketball hospitality room 
  • LTAC Thank You Week
  • Bulldog Blitz

Administrative

• Respond to and appropriately forward all phone calls and emails 
• Provide other general administrative support to the Associate Athletic Director of Championship Resources and Director of LTAC
