Assist the Senior Managers or Senior Analysts in identifying and analyzing areas of program performance and customer services in need of improvement; recommends solutions.
-Perform research and analysis, and develops information about programs, policies, regulations, standards, and procedures.
-Prepare oral and written reports and presentations, graphs and charts that present clear, concise, and effective analytical results of evaluations and research.
-Assist the office in furthering HUD's mission by functioning as a generalist who provides customer service and can research and compile general information on a full range of HUD programs and services for internal and external customers.
