Job Description: We are seeking enthusiastic Project Management Interns to join our team for an exciting short video project. The interns will assist in managing the workflow of video production, ensuring that project milestones are met efficiently and effectively. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in digital media project management and video production processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and maintenance of project schedules, ensuring that projects are executed within the allocated timeline and budget.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of video production.
  • Help optimize team workflows and improve meeting and production efficiency.
  • Collect and analyze social media data to assess the impact of our video projects and make informed decisions.
  • Manage project documentation and provide regular updates on project status to stakeholders.
  • Utilize project management tools such as Monday, Trello, Asana, and Microsoft Project to track project progress.

Qualifications:

  • Current enrollment in or recent graduation from a bachelor’s degree program in Project Management, Business, Media Studies, Communication, or a related field.
  • Strong interest and/or background in video production and digital media.
  • Proficient with project management software (e.g., Monday, Trello, Asana, Microsoft Project).
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Must be fluent in Chinese, both verbal and written, to effectively communicate and manage content relevant to Chinese-speaking audiences.
