We are looking for a rock-star Summer Operations Intern:

Our Summer Operations Internship program aims to provide an ambitious and entrepreneurial individual with an opportunity to learn and grow within our dynamic startup environment. We’re looking for an intern to support the operations of our new Boston HQ. This position manages the HQ’s administrative duties and supports staff members. Your problem-solving skills and deep sense of empathy make you the go-to person when HQ staff members need support.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the operations team in camp materials and staffing management
  • Provide administrative support, including scheduling group meetings, maintaining calendars, conducting research, and maintaining office inventory.
  • Produce reports, manage camp registrations, compose correspondence, and draft new contracts.
  •  

Required Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Time management skills: Prioritize to determine where time is best spent, not only for your position but also for other office staff members.
  • Organizational skills: Create a system and process to strategically organize a large volume of data.
  • Multitasking abilities: Attend to multiple tasks at once without losing sight of priorities and deadlines.
  • Problem-solving skills: Analyze root causes of problems and execute pragmatic solutions.
  • Proactive attitude: Anticipate needs and offer support before being asked.

Details:

  • Schedule: Monday - Friday (Full time, Seasonal)
  • Compensation: $20/hr
  • Pay: Bi-weekly
