Financial Services Student Worker - Summer 2024 or Fall 2024 - Work Study or Regular Pay

We are hiring Student Workers in the Student Financial Services Office for the Summer 2024 Term. If you are not in classes you may work Full Time. This could also turn into a Fall 2024 position pending future openings

Job Description:

The primary duties for this position:

• Answer Incoming calls regarding bills (frequently high volume)
• Making outgoing collection calls
• Record calls in detail
• Post student payments
• Post Departmental deposits
• Daily office balance
• Image and file documents
• Follow daily task lists and office procedures
• Ability to work independently and stay on task
• Sort mail

This position will provide beneficial work experience for future employment. This position offers Customer Service experience, allowing you to assist Students/Parents by providing detailed information on the students account and problem solving their questions or concerns. You will have an opportunity to work in a team environment with a dynamic group, providing experience such as collaboration, communication and increased creative or flexible thinking. If you are available prior to the start of the summer term, we may offer training hours.
