Marketing Store Manager

Position Overview: We are seeking an innovative and experienced Marketing Store Manager to lead our team and drive the success of our fashion, running, and sport apparel and footwear store. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of marketing techniques, a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, and the ability to collaborate closely with both employees and marketing teams. As the Marketing Store Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the store's marketing strategies, maintaining outstanding customer interactions, and ensuring seamless store operations while prioritizing work/life balance for the team.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies that align with company objectives, utilizing both online and offline channels to drive traffic, engagement, and sales.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to curate compelling campaigns, promotions, and events that resonate with the target audience and drive foot traffic to the store.
  • Create a comprehensive marketing plan that outlines key promotional activities, seasonal campaigns, and customer engagement initiatives to guide employees in executing consistent marketing efforts.
  • Lead and inspire a team of employees, providing clear direction on marketing initiatives and fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
  • Train and mentor employees on delivering exceptional customer experiences, including product knowledge, brand values, and personalized service.
  • Establish and nurture strong customer relationships, offering tailored assistance and ensuring elevated levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor marketing campaign performance and customer feedback, making data-driven adjustments to strategies as needed to achieve marketing goals.
  • Collaborate with the store team to create a flexible work schedule that ensures store coverage and offers work/life balance opportunities for employees.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, customer preferences, and emerging marketing techniques to continuously enhance the store's marketing strategies.
  • Oversee the store's online presence, including social media accounts, website updates, and e-commerce efforts.
  • Ensure compliance with company branding guidelines and marketing standards in all promotional materials and customer interactions.
  • Analyze key performance metrics and prepare regular reports for upper management, highlighting the effectiveness of marketing efforts and suggesting improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in marketing, preferably within the retail industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and inspiring a team.
  • Exceptional communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, social media management, and content creation.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret marketing analytics and consumer insights.
  • Creative thinking and a flair for developing engaging marketing campaigns.
  • Proficiency in using marketing software and tools.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required by the store's operation.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced retail environment.
