Engineer

Job Description

As an Engineer at Dragon Products, you will be working with a team of engineers to prepare detailed drawings to a range of specifications based off customer requests. The ideal candidate will showcase their flexibility and creativity by being engaged across different project lifecycles and must have strong AutoCAD skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee engineering projects from start to finish.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success in a timely manner.
  • Develop customer specific designs using AutoCAD.
  • Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Engineering, or related field.
  • Willingness to wear personal protective equipment: safety glasses, ear plugs, and steel toe shoes.
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
  • Ability to work occasional weekend shifts and work overtime as required.
  • Successful completion of drug screen.

  • Ability to follow written instructions and take verbal instructions for multiple assembly tasks in a manufacturing shop environment.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Organization skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Strong computer skills in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and AutoCAD.
  • Detailed oriented.
  • Bilingual is a plus.
