We are looking for an enthusiastic Legal Affairs Intern to help navigate the complexities of legal documentation and ensure seamless communication with our company attorney.

What You'll Do:

• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and editing contracts and other legal documents to ensure they align with company policies and objectives.
• Act as a liaison between the founding team and our company attorney, facilitating efficient and effective communication.
• Conduct legal research on various topics to support our compliance with industry regulations and standards.
• Help manage and organize our legal database, ensuring that all documents are current and accessible.
• Participate in meetings where legal insights are required, providing support in decision-making processes related to legal concerns.

• A commitment to maintaining strict confidentiality in all matters involving the company’s legal stance and strategies.

• Currently pursuing or have recently completed a law degree (JD or equivalent).
• Interested in corporate law, with a keen understanding of contract law, intellectual property rights, and compliance issues.
• A self-starter who is excited to work in a fast-paced startup environment and contribute to a team that’s changing the beauty industry.
• Someone who thrives on collaboration and is skilled in building relationships across diverse teams.
• Passionate about issues like sustainability and social responsibility, with a desire to bring ethical considerations into legal practices.
