Looking for an entry level Proposal Writer who has a knack for persuasion and thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys crafting compelling narratives. Job Type: Full Time What will you do? ● In this role, you'll gain valuable experience working alongside our experienced proposal team. You'll play a supporting role in crafting compelling proposals for various projects, grants, and contracts. ● You'll learn the proposal development process from the ground up, collaborating with subject matter experts and project managers to gather information and draft key sections. ● Draft initial content for proposals, following established templates and style guides. ● Conduct basic research on competitor proposals and market trends. ● Assist with formatting and proofreading proposals to ensure accuracy and adherence to RFP guidelines. ● Learn and apply best practices for proposal writing and project management. ● Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment. ● Develop clear and concise win themes that highlight our company's strengths and qualifications. ● Manage and edit content from various contributors, ensuring consistency and adherence to proposal guidelines. ● Stay up-to-date on industry best practices for proposal writing. You Bring: ● Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience). ● Minimum of 0-2 years of experience in proposal writing or a relevant field. ● Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills. ● Excellent research and information gathering abilities. ● Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). ● A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy. ● Ability to work independently and as part of a team. ● Eagerness to learn and a willingness to take on new challenges.
