Salesforce Data Entry Volunteer

Cross Over Community Development (COCD) is seeking a dedicated volunteer to assist with Salesforce data entry. This role is crucial for efficiently managing our database, which supports our ongoing projects and community outreach initiatives. The volunteer will play a key role in ensuring that our data is accurate, up-to-date, and effectively organized.

Key Volunteer Responsibilities:

  • Enter and update data in our Salesforce database system accurately.
  • Streamline data entries to eliminate duplicates and ensure completeness of information.
  • Assist in cleaning and maintaining data integrity.
  • Collaborate with team members to verify data and ensure consistency.
  • Provide occasional reports on data status and completion tasks.
