Maintenance Office Intern

The FDOT Office of Maintenance is hiring paid part-time intern for the Summer 2024 semester to work in the Maintenance Office. Selected individual will work with one of the most vibrant and dynamic state agencies to assist with the following activities:

Assist the maintenance office by researching, gathering, and analyzing data, review and write technical memos, reports, and general correspondence related to the maintenance, assist in the development and implementation of innovative ideas, assist in reviewing & responding to citizen concerns, assist in development of the Department’s geographic information system (GIS), and assist in the development of presentations to communicate to internal and external customers.   

Criteria

Target students include those pursuing degrees in Civil Engineering, other Engineering Specialties, or Geography, students may be at Undergraduate or Graduate level.
