Marketing Admin - Architectural Firm

Di Cara | Rubino Architects is looking for a talented Marketing Admin to join our team! The candidate must have experience writing, generating, and editing proposals, an eye for graphics and capabilities thereof.

This position will work directly with our firms’ principals.

Candidate to have the insight to look beyond the standard format of the Request for Qualifications or Request for Proposal process to help create meaningful dialogues with our prospective clients. This typically includes a strong sense of graphic design, an interest in developing content that is both powerful and resonant, editing, and proofreading skills

Position responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Creating and maintaining all marketing materials such as project sheets, staff resumes, brochures and PowerPoint presentations
  • Design graphics for presentations and marketing materials
  • Receive, prepare, coordinate, and submit responses for Requests for Proposals/Qualifications (RFP/RFQ).
  • Work with firm leadership to develop strategies on proposals and presentations, hands-on planning, and development of client-specific responses to RFPs, and interview preparation
  • Generate and submit client proposals
  • Assist with the development and maintenance of Di Cara | Rubino Architects’ online presence, including firm website and social media channels
  • Organize and facilitate photoshoots with our clients and photographers
  • Organize and create award submissions
  • Coordinate yearly conferences in Atlantic City
  • Coordinate and attend yearly convention and conferences

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing / Communications - Required

Experience:

  • Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience with Canva and Constant Contact preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to collaborate in a team environment.
  • Proactive approach to multitask and execute various projects from start to finish
