IT Business Systems Analyst Intern (SAP/ERP) - Summer 2024

Covering a variety of business areas and needs, our internships are available to rising seniors in undergraduate programs. Engineered for personal and professional development, our summer program runs for ten weeks from early June through mid-August.

 

SAP Revenue Business Systems Analyst Intern at Medline will work on projects to enhance our current SAP Environment that caters to Order to Cash (Revenue) processes. Medline’s SAP environment caters to varied sales, pricing, billing and rebates business Models. The analyst intern will take up a project in one of these areas and execute it bringing business benefits and/or process efficiencies. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience on business process analysis, data analysis, systems design, development, testing and deployment.  The project is designed so that an intern can learn, execute and present with the help of an assigned mentor. They will partner with business sponsors, analysts, developers, and management to lead their project to success.

 

Examples of possible projects include:

  • Implement or enhance current sales order process in SAP to boost order fulfilment.
  • Implement or enhance a new Price, discount, or surcharge model to enhance profitability.
  • Implement or enhance a new tax or license model to meet compliance standards.
  • Implement or enhance rebating models that improve Medline gross to net

Qualifications:

  • Junior standing with a minimum 3.0 GPA preferred
  • Background in Industrial Engineering, Business, Sales & Marketing 
  • Strong leadership abilities and demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills
  • Excellent organization, communication, data analysis and follow up skills
  • Knowledge of SQL a plus
  • Unrestricted permanent US work authorization
