Responsibilities:
This role will be engaged in projects that incorporate:
- Dynamics and SalesForce CRM – Customer Relationship Management tool
- Review and assign IHNs to accounts
- Update member numbers on accounts with a GPO affiliation
- Align accounts between multiple businesses
- Review and update facility types and customer segments
- Update assets to be in correct accounts
- Build a total price calculator for custom parts for sales
- Conduct margin analysis and propose pricing on International tenders and other opportunities
- Update sales reports including daily bookings, cost/price analyses, sales achievement, etc.
- Prepare analysis for 2025 forecast/budget creation
- Enhance and create new reports
- Assist with reconciliations of multiple systems including BI, ERP and CRM systems
Work Arrangements: Hybrid (Noblesville, Indiana)
Qualifications:
- Pursuing degree in Business
- At least a current Sophomore
- Organization skills with close attention to detail
- Effective communication skills
- Financial analysis skills with a good understanding of how to manipulate data for analysis and reporting
- Work both independently and collaboratively
- Microsoft Office
Full time internship – hours are 8am-5pm, 5 days per week.
Base Compensation Range is $20.50- $30 per hour
