Industrial Engineering Co-op Summer/Fall 2024

RESPONSIBILITIES
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Analyze and make recommendations on Plant Operations regarding internal processes
- Optimize the utilization of resources to integrate people, equipment, systems, space, technology, time, and capital
- Utilize excel to analyze work processes, material flow of products and establish manufacturing rates
- Apply interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with fellow teammates and achieve common goals
- Work in a hands-on environment with cross functional teams, at least 50% on floor
- Utilize project management skills to develop, manage, and control scope, schedule, and cost
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or other applicable major
- Preferred junior to senior level standing with minimum GPA of 3.0
- Enrolled in an accredited college or university the semester prior to the co-op/internship
- Preferred ability to work 40 hours weekly in a minimum 6-month co-op assignment

- Highly motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- People-centric focus with ability to collaborate with all teammates across the organization
- Strong initiative, work ethic and levels of enthusiasm
- Demonstrated technical aptitude in major of study
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Preferred experience with data representation platforms such as Tableau and Microsoft Power BI
