If the college/university you attend is not listed, your application will not be considered. Please provide our contact information to your school's internship coordinator or academic advisor within your school of study to begin the Internship Agreement process.

Requirements
Program Requirements:
- Currently enrolled as a student in good academic standing at a partner college/university listed below.
- Internship hours are required for course credit/degree requirement.
- Before a student is considered for an internship, an active Internship Agreement must be in place with the dean of the school of study, or his/her designee and Los Angeles County

Completing the Academic Internship Application:
- Before you begin the application process, be sure you have identified up to three projects you would like to work on noted in order of preference. The Project List is found in the Academic Internship Program website at hr.lacounty.gov.
- Upload required documents as attachments to your application.

Within Los Angeles County offering onsite, remote, and hybrid project opportunities.
