Position: Director of Scientific Partnership

Type: Part Time

Location: Somerville, MA

Responsibilities:

• Build up new partnership with top universities and labs to explore new research area
• Develop a deep understanding of business teams’ core technical challenges, needs, and priorities
• Leverage analytical and research understanding to help science and business teams drive science-driven products and partnerships to impact
•  Drive effective teamwork, communication, collaboration, and commitment across multi functional teams

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing PhD degree or Post-doc  in U.S. top universities and labs, major in neuroscience, cognitive science, or related fields
• Strong ability in building coalitions and alignment among senior business leaders
• Excellent written and oral communication
• Ability to contribute 10-20 hours per week
• Able to work on site at least once per week
