Customer Service Intern

Summary

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage large amounts of incoming calls
  • Generate sales leads
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers
  • Participate in team meetings.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field required.
  • Fluent in Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience in developing strong work ethic with coursework, professional networks or internships.
  • Flexibility and fluidity to thrive within a rapidly evolving environment.
  • Demonstrate project management capabilities.
  • Strong attention to detail is a must.
  • Superior communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Familiar with Outlook, CRM, and other software tools.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Deliver results with accuracy and urgency on multiple projects
  • Providing solutions and efficiencies for real world problems within the manufacturing, sports and entertainment industry

What you need:

  • Actively pursuing a Bachelor’s degree
  • Student involvement and/or work experience is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Can effectively handle multiple projects in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Self-starter with a strong work ethic, attention to detail and superior problem-solving skills
