Social Media & Graphic Design Associate

SOCIAL MEDIA / GRAPHIC DESIGNER ASSOCIATE

We are looking for a talented, organized, and energetic Social Media and Graphic Design Associate to support with our e-commerce platforms, post on social media platforms and well as assist with graphic design contributions as needed. This role is entry level within a start-up retail showroom and interior design business. 

Essential Functions:

·  Handle the operations of our two websites.

·  Shoot short videos, add graphics and post to Social Media accounts based on    requirements of the campaigns.

·  Support and maintain production schedules.

·  Operate and maintain live streaming equipment (cameras, iPads, lights, microphones).

Requirements:

·  Knowledge of Social media platforms.

·  Knowledge of livestream platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and Youtube.

·  Understanding of Adobe InDesign and Photoshop.

·  Good teamwork and communication skills.

·  Self-motivated, clear communicator.

·  Must be able to carry and lift props and equipment.

·  Must speak English.

·  Must have a valid driver’s license.

Established in 2023, Palme is a leading Pillow and Furniture showroom based in West Palm Beach, Florida.   We have two websites to be updated weekly, and redesigned bi-annually due to new season merchandise arrivals. One website is for e-commerce while the second site is for portfolio presentation.

Along with amending our websites and posting on social media, we have requirements for all matters of graphic design - from invitations to email blasts to company collateral.  The thread of our two websites, social media and collateral is to showcase a sophisticated approach to a relaxed Palm Beach lifestyle.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Flexible Schedule: Approximately 10 hours per week with the ability to advance into additional hours.
