Detection Assessment Analyst

The Detection Assessment Analyst is vital in proactively enhancing an organization's cybersecurity posture. This position focuses on identifying gaps in existing security monitoring, developing new detection rules, and conducting threat-hunting activities. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of security analytics and attacker methodologies and experience with Splunk SIEM.

This role will be interviewed by going to the website provided below. If selected, the individual will undergo three weeks of paid training to prepare for the role. Once the training is complete, those chosen for the team will be placed on salary.  

This role supports 24x7x365 security for our Client; therefore, days and shift times are varied and are not a traditional M-F.  Please understand that this is not flexible, though we can rotate every 3-6 months to provide fairness to all.  Also, there is NO remote opportunity.  All work in this environment must be done at our secure location in Nacogdoches.  If either of these poses an issue, please do NOT apply.
