The graduate assistantship supports the Department of Academic Enrichment’s mission to prepare Exploratory Studies students to meet academic and career goals here at Kutztown University. Graduate Assistants will also provide administrative support to the department and the students. Attending events to welcome, support, and guide undeclared students is also part of the position. Good communication and writing skills are essential to assist Exploratory Studies students with academic and career planning, accessing campus resources, conducting research, and maintaining a coaching relationship to assist students with meeting their goals.

This position is for 20 hours/week of work (300 hours for the spring semester), and it provides a tuition waiver for 9 graduate credits plus a stipend of $3,750 per semester.  Please contact Marlene Fares for additional information if needed at fares@kutztown.edu.
