Occupancy Planning Summer 2024 Internship - Chicago, IL (Hybrid)

JLL

About Occupancy Planning:

Occupancy planning at JLL involves a strategic approach to managing a client's workspace utilization for their real estate portfolio. It begins with understanding the client's business objectives, growth plans, and workforce needs. JLL then analyzes the client's existing workspace, looking at factors like occupancy levels and meeting room utilization. This data is used to identify areas that are underutilized or overcrowded. Collaborating with the client, JLL designs a workspace that supports their culture, encourages collaboration, and enhances employee well-being. They also analyze the client's workforce dynamics, including headcount projections and remote work policies, to optimize space allocation. Throughout the process, JLL provides change management support and leverages technology solutions to provide data-driven insights and analytics for ongoing optimization.
