Motion Design Internship
Are you a graphic design or motion design major with experience in motion design, animation and video editing? We are offering a dynamic internship opportunity working with our creative team to produce motion assets and bring innovative content to life in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
In this internship, under the direction of the Motion Designer, you will work with illustrators, designers and art directors to create visual assets and animations for a variety of digital platforms, including social media, websites and digital advertising campaigns. Additionally you may also:
- Prepare conceptual layouts for motion graphic projects
- Assist with animation of storyboards
- Assist in selecting appropriate audio, graphic and animation styles
- Assist with editing when needed
- Encode, convert and edit videos and add effects/elements to enhance motion graphics
The ideal candidate for this internship will have a high level of proficiency with core Adobe Creative Cloud apps like After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop and Premiere Pro as well as experience with other software/apps (Cinema 4D, RED Footage workflow, DaVinci Resolve and Adobe Audition).
Our 2024 summer internship is an in-person paid 10-week program beginning May 28 and continuing through August 9. You’ll be working in one of our two offices in Wichita, KS or Kansas City, MO, 3 days a week, Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday, and get a firsthand look at how we find the “why” in human behavior. You’ll be supervised, coached and mentored by the best creative experts at the firm. Must submit a portfolio or work samples to be considered for this internship.
