Title: Web Developer Internship at Nationwide Transport Services

The Role:

We are seeking Web Developer Interns who are passionate about technology and eager to contribute to our web development projects. This internship is designed for individuals who want to gain hands-on experience in web development and play a pivotal role in enhancing our digital presence.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain our website using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
  • Assist in the integration and customization of WordPress themes and plugins.
  • Collaborate with the design team to implement web designs in Figma into functional web pages.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of new features and functionalities on our website.
  • Perform website updates and ensure the site is optimized for performance and accessibility.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving website issues.
  • Contribute to team meetings and provide innovative ideas for improving our web presence.

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in a computer science or related degree program.
  • Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
  • Previous experience working with WordPress.
  • Familiarity with Figma and the ability to translate designs into functional web pages.
  • A solid understanding of web development best practices and a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
