LAB ASSOCIATE

Responsibilities:

This position requires basic understanding of science and ability to apply knowledge to routine analysis. 

Substantial time will be spent utilizing physical and chemistry techniques such as filtering, transferring, pipetting, and titrating solutions.  

The candidate may eventually operate laboratory instrumentation such as Gas Chromatographs (GC), Gas Chromatographs Mass Spectrometers (GC/MS), Inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometers (ICP), Spectrophotometers, etc.

This job is in an environmental, pharmaceutical, and analytical testing laboratory.

Education
&
Experience:

Minimum of 1 year college desired but not needed, or equivalent combination of education and experience. 

Working Hours

Working hours are from 8:30Am to 5PM Mon to Friday, part time and full time work accepted, students are welcome to apply.  The company is about 4 miles from UTA.
