Fresh Food Technician
Key Responsibilities
- Training and development of customer employees to ensure that a customer team is developed to handle the intricacies of the Fresh Foods and/or Bakery and/or Deli department.
- Travels independently to multiple locations to ensure client/customer requirements are met. Retail travel needs to be scheduled in advance with an agenda outlined for the travel days.
- New store openings/remodels:
- May assist stores with setting cases to plan-o-grams.
- May train associates to set cases to plan-o-grams.
- May support production to meet store volume needs pre and post-opening.
Work Experience Requirements:
- Technician will know the details of Fresh Foods and/or Bakery and/or Deli operations.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Must be able to individually, and as part of a team, set up displays and participate in resets and remodels.
Physical Requirements:
- Seeing Color Perception
- Lifting (40 – lbs.)
- Ability to Travel Pushing/Pulling Carrying (40 – lbs)
