Student Trainee Engineering
We are currently looking to hire students pursuing a degrees in various engineering fields such as Aerospace, Computer, Electrical, Mechanical, and Materials.
We are AvMC – the U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command Aviation & Missile Center. The Army's focal point for providing research, development and engineering technology and services for aviation platforms and missile systems across the life cycle.
The AvMC team – approximately 12,000-strong – has remained at the forefront of Army technology. Our focus is on four key priorities:
- Developing and integrating next generation technologies to ensure aviation and missile dominance.
- Providing world-class functional engineering expertise to the Program Executive Offices, Missile Defense Agency, Rapid Capabilities & Critical Technologies Office and other critical partners.
- Providing world-class sustainment engineering expertise to Aviation and Missile Command partners.
- Recruiting and developing the engineering talent to achieve areas 1-3.
Headquartered at Redstone Arsenal, Alabama, our reach extends from coast to coast, with locations at Moffett Field, California; Colorado Springs, Colorado; Corpus Christi, Texas; Honolulu, Hawaii and Joint Base Langley-Eustis, Virginia.
