Responsibilities:

• Assists department manager as assigned, with the research, development, testing, and proper design maintenance of all ABS products

• Assures the accuracy and completeness of all drawings, files, engineering records, prints, and tasks of assigned projects

• Assists with quality assurance of all products

• Assists with special projects

• Responsible for supporting the company's quality policy through compliance with the requirements of the quality management system

• Other responsibilities and duties as assigned by management, to ensure the effective utilization of the company's resources and to ensure customer satisfaction

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office

• Desire to learn

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Mathematical ability

• Organized, accurate, and detail-oriented

• Use of logic and reasoning in daily decision making and problem solving

• Familiarity with SOLIDWORKS/AutoCAD (preferred)

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or GED

• 3rd year student seeking electrical, manufacturing, or mechanical engineering degree (preferred)
