Responsibilities:
- Through your continuous presence and availability within the hospital unit (a defined area within the hospital), efficiently retrieve and provide non-clinical items such as water, food, and blankets using the Helen App, ensuring patients have what they need promptly.
- Assist the nursing team by performing requested non-clinical tasks such as restocking rooms and gathering supplies, contributing to a seamless hospital operation.
- Engage with patients on a personal level, spreading positivity and care while ensuring their comfort and providing companionship.
- Maintain organized and clear hospital spaces, enhancing the overall environment.
- Be an ambassador for the program through courteous communication with patients, families, and colleagues.
- Adhere to all hospital rules and regulations.
- Take on additional projects or tasks to continuously enhance the program.
