Recruiter

We are looking for a Recruiter who will support the organization through recruitment and onboarding activities. Our recruiters own the entire candidate search process while managing the needs of the hiring managers. We pride ourselves on our ability to drive results, our sense of urgency and our ability to multi-task. The job is never boring and is essential to the success of our business!

 

About the Job:

  • Manage the entire recruiting life cycle, from initial conversation through onboarding
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and leadership to determine staffing needs and make hiring recommendations
  • Source potential candidates on job boards, social media, through referrals and recruiting events
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews for hiring managers and candidates
  • Assist with developing job postings and entering new requisitions into the applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Process background checks, schedule pre-employment medical screens
  • Coordinate and conduct New Employee Orientation
  • Track metrics and communicate outcomes to leadership
  • Support all other company and HR initiatives

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree or equivalent with six months to one year related experience and/or training.
  • Previous experience recruiting and/or working in Human Resources is preferred
  • Very high attention to detail and follow-up
  • Ability to work both independently and with others
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Strong computer skills, especially with Microsoft Office products
