About the role
As a Program Manager Intern you’ll play a critical role in ensuring seamless collaboration between our product management, design, and engineering teams. Your mission will be to drive efficiency, streamline processes, and enhance cross-functional communication. You’ll be the bridge connecting technical excellence with strategic product vision.
What you’ll do as a Program Manager Intern

Project Coordination and Execution:
- Work closely with product managers, designers, engineering leads, and other stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans, track progress, and ensure timely execution of product initiatives.
- Identify dependencies, risks, and mitigation strategies

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Facilitate communication between product and engineering teams. Act as a liaison to bridge any gaps.
- Participate in regular cross-functional meetings, sprint planning sessions, and retrospectives.
- Contribute to a collaborative environment where ideas flow freely and decisions are made collectively.

Process Improvement:
- Continuously evaluate existing processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Support the Product team in implementing best practices, agile methodologies, and tools to enhance efficiency.
- Promote process standardization across teams.
