Reporting & Analytics Internship - Summer 2024 - Irving, TX

The Nissan Motor Acceptance Company “NMAC” Reporting & Analytics Student Intern will be at the Irving, Texas, location and will be a full-time role. This intern will have a unique opportunity to work directly within our Reporting and Analytics team to support data-driven decision-making processes within our NMAC.

During the course of your internship, you will have the chance to:

  • Collaborate with internal departments to develop analytics tools and predictive models
  • Develop operational analysis tools, reporting, and dashboards with Tableau
  • Explore opportunities to adopt AI where there is a good fit
  • Design champion challenger experiments for business decision-making
  • Actively work with the team to identify better ways of working and update SOP documentation​.

 

In order to qualify for this role, you must:

  • Currently pursuing an Associate’s, Bachelor’s, or master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science) or a related field
  • GPA of 3.0 or above
  • Strong organizational ability with keen attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and willing to challenge yourself by developing innovative ideas
  • Ability to learn new concepts independently and apply them to business problems
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral
  • Have a data mindset with some experience in data analysis

 

Experience with or Desire to learn:

  • Tableau, SQL, R, Python, SAS
  • Data Collection, Storage, and Analysis
  • AI
  • Visual Analytics
  • Business Acumen, Project management
