Part-Time Sales Representative
At Kronus Communications, we're a team of passionate professionals dedicated to helping our clients achieve their communication goals. We believe in building strong relationships and developing effective strategies to elevate our clients' brands. We're seeking a driven and enthusiastic Part-Time Sales Representative to join our growing team (60 hours monthly -- roughly 15 hours per week).
In this role, you'll be responsible for:
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential clients who would benefit from Kronus Communications' services.
- Building Relationships: Develop rapport with potential clients, understand their needs, and present solutions tailored to their specific goals.
- Sales Presentations: Craft compelling presentations that showcase the value proposition of Kronus Communications and close deals with confidence.
- Building a Sales Pipeline: Manage your sales pipeline effectively and work strategically to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience.

Tech Requirements: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite is essential. Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
Interview Process: Our interview process consists of two stages designed to find the perfect fit for our team. The first interview will be conducted by a member of our sales team, and the second interview will be with a Kronus Communications Partner. Both interviews are expected to last around 30-45 minutes and will be conducted via Zoom. We aim to complete the hiring process within 30 days.
