Relocation Coordination Intern MA
Olympias Client Services internship is designed to provide you with an opportunity to learn an industry and operation from the ground up. You will have exposure to the department that provides a glimpse of the entire organization and learn how all the pieces fit together in a national moving company and build experience to meet your initial career goals. Our environment will help you experience working in a team-oriented fast paced corporate setting. You will work alongside our relocation coordinators and help deliver an exceptional relocation experience. As part of your role, you will also have the opportunity to work and learn from our sales and delivery professionals who you will interact with each day. This position is currently a remote role that may require occasional work in the Watertown MA location. This is a temporary summer position.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform relationship-oriented communication with clients via phone and email
- Ensuring the details of the move are complete and correct
- Ensuring a deposit for each job is collected
- Ensuring the client understands and agrees with the process and anticipated outcomes
- Manage client data using our move management software
- Updating as well as clearing diary actions each day
- Confirming every order has appropriate notes, quotes, inclusions & costing
- Ensuring billing information and pricing is accurate
- Work with the customer service team as an internal advocate for the customer and communicate with sales, operations, and accounting departments
- Pre-Move and Post-Move communication to discuss outcomes is essential
- Encouraging on line reviews at every opportunity
- Assist in resolution of concerns
- Understand service requirements, and address concerns
- Follow our customer success program to complete check-in contacts and answer questions
QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:
- Strong collaboration skills with problem solving approach
- Passion for customer service with prior experience helpful
- Strong organizational as well as written and oral communication skills.
- Computer literacy and adaptability essential
