Part Time Assistant Property Manager / Administrative Assistant

Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Part Time Assistant Property Manager / Administrative Assistant. This position will play a key role in supporting our property management operations and administrative functions, ensuring efficiency and the highest level of service to our clients and tenants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing property operations, including tenant relations, maintenance requests, and lease administration.
  • Perform administrative duties such as scheduling, correspondence, and database management.
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors to maintain files for certificates of insurance, Form W9 and OSHA cards.
  • Support the Property Manager with correspondence and phone calls.
  • Prepare and distribute communication materials to tenants and clients.
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing queries and concerns in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in property management or administrative support is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with team members, tenants, and clients.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Yardi Property Management.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
